Barry Moses is a living example of bringing the worlds of ancient indigenous tradition, nature connection and modern culture together with love, humor and humility. Barry comes from a family line of healers and works as an educator at the college level. |
Paul Raphael has worked with his traditional indigenous ways to bring healing to many through the Sacred Fire and through Peacemaking. Paul—founder of Two Tracking Adventures—knows tracking from the inside of the human soul to the wild beings of the land—Paul will join conversations here and tend the Sacred Fire with the crew of tenders. |
![]() Kathleen Lockyer Guillermo is an Occupational Therapist who is working to build a bridge between the nature connection movement and the medical community. Kathleen has worked with children in a variety of settings. She currently works as Occupational Therapist in the public school setting in the area of the Central Coast in California and specializes in Sensory Processing Disorder. Many of the children she sees have increasingly common diagnoses in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Unspecified Learning Disorders. She believes these disorders have a direct connection with our environment, culture, technology and are symptoms of our disconnection with self, environment and world. Kathleen believes these are all “Disorders of disconnection” and by going back to our roots, listening deeply and tapping into a greater consciousness through the natural world we can understand and heal our children for the future generations. |

Drs Luann Schram-Morrow (D.C.) and Steve Schram (D.C., L.Ac.) are the hosts for this special Project 512 Retreat on healing at the Walking Bear Resort. Both Luann & Steve have been supportive of the greater 8 Shields Cultural Mentoring movement over the last 10 plus years, working closely with Jon Young back in New Jersey, helping to brain-storm the concepts for what Jon & Nicole Young later brought to the Native Eyes program and RDNA. Luann & Steve raised their girls with many Aunties & Uncles from the greater Tracker School network and folks familiar with the Art of Mentoring and Coyote Teaching. Both Luann and Steve worked closely with Gilbert Walking Bull and offered support for an Eagle Nation Altar healing lodge for Gilbert. Luann and Steve are excited to host this special workshop on healing and nature connection. Steve will bring some concepts to the event from his background as an acupuncturist, he is trained in Five Elements other martial arts.
